I am an associate attorney at Gibson Dunn practicing in the firm's AI, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Data Innovation groups. My work includes:

• Advising on AI product development and privacy compliance
• High-stakes FTC and state AG investigations
• Drafting and negotiating DPAs and commercial agreements
• Data breach response and notification

I received my J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where I served as Articles Editor for the Michigan Technology Law Review and externed at the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva. Prior to law school, I built interactive web tools at a Fortune 500 company.
